Platform
The same slides, with the fields that pack uses
A cafe sees dishes, dayparts, and sold out. A bank sees Rate. Something else keeps every menu field and stores the note you wrote at signup.
Use cases
Each site should see the right fields
Choose the pack at signup, or apply one later on Packs. That adds starter slides and a playlist named for the pack. You assign the playlist to a screen yourself.
Local staff should change a price quickly
They sign in on the phone, edit the row, and press Save menu. They can change any field that pack shows.
A franchisee might publish the wrong offer
There is no locked template and no approval step. Agree the words, then edit the slide. Example copy is not your offer until you replace it.
On this desk
- Packs for menus, shops, frontline teams, plants, clinics, campuses, transit, offices, hotels, and branches.
- Phone fields follow the pack.
- A note when you choose Something else.
Not on this desk
- Locked templates, field permissions, multi-step approval, version history, and a franchise compliance board are not on this desk.
- Applying a pack does not assign the playlist to a live screen.
Questions
Can head office lock the price and let the store edit only the hours?
No. Anyone who can sign in can edit the fields that pack shows.
Does a pack go onto the television by itself?
No. It creates slides and a playlist. You choose that playlist on the screen and press Save screen.
