Write the notice under Operations. People open Phone and press I have read this. Proof can count how many notices were marked read.
The recognition wall is a paper sheet
The pack includes a recognition slide. Replace the example line, add it to the playlist, and save.
You need the same words on a television and on a phone
A playlist slide plays on the television. The floor notice is the phone copy. They are separate. The notice does not play on the television by itself.

What stays manual
- Microsoft 365, Teams chat, Slack, Workday, and SAP SuccessFactors are not connected.
- A floor notice is not sent to WhatsApp or SMS.
- A Teams or Zoom meeting can still play on a screen when that account has saved a meeting key. That is a library item, not this notice.
Questions
Will the notice also arrive in Teams or WhatsApp?
No. People read it on Phone and press I have read this. Chat and SMS are not connected.
Does the floor notice appear on the television?
No. Put the words on a playlist slide if the television should show them. The notice itself stays on the phone.
